for me,I have many more years...,but for him sadly,it's the end of his flatwater racing career,

at least he fought to the end,and that's what every good canoeist can ever expect at the end of

his/her line,he told me to remember that, it's always what you do when your body is dying that

counts the most,but cos' everyone's doing the same thing,but it's how much you push beyond

the physical limits that will set you apart,just keep pushing harder and harder

you'll see the results i promise.

lol,just finished my first gundam kit,it's a 1/100 scale GN-001 gundam exia.gonna have it shifted to bjorn's house after the exams to have the sand/mud effect sprayed on.here's a few pictures of it.
Gonna get a 1/60 ignition/repair mode exia soon!(it's master grade)

ouh kaes,Victor led us in the morning trainin' today(IT CAN KILL!!!)lol,but with him around,i'd suddenly feel so motivated,still dun really like the idea of working on protein drinks,although i'll probably have enough at the end of the week.it stuns growth,you see,and i dun wanna stay this short ferhever.
join the running club in the afternoon,just realized even after running so much for the past weeks to burn away my stomach fats,i still have a lil' bit of stomach fats,looks like its more running,sprinting and leg raises for me.

ok...todae's event was quite...unexpected,nvm,let's get on to the better part,went to bjorn's house earlier to change and we went to SAFRA,did about 30 minutes of endurance swimming,then we went to play water polo,damn good workout,especially with Jin Shen's dad playing with us,his dad's muscles are SO SO SO DAMM BIG OK!bigger than Mr Ng's.but he was an ex-bodybuilder.

today's training was rather suckish...attendance was pathetic,not that i care but...it lacks motivation,ok,worse part of today's schedule,10 km row on a 'T' boat,UNDER 1HRS20MIN,it was like a real competition out there ok people,just that there were only a few boats and that i came in first!!! :) (think the gatorade powder and vit. b pills helped alot,maybe think of getting protein drinks from GNC the next time)okok,here's the timing:1HRS10MINS.but now my entire upper body is aching,don't know how i'm gonna swim and conduct abs training with my guys tmr...

lols,finally got my vitamin b(folic acid) pills from the GNC store today,also got the gatorade powder form finally,been searching for that for ages,finally started to talk to my most of my classmates after almost 3/4 of the year,should I slow down and stop training?mixed around with people abit?i don't know,but i think my last break up probably had something to do with me working out too much,spending too little time with sugar,etc. life's seems so hard for me that sometimes,i see the gym as the only safe haven for me to distress and sort out my thoughts and feelings...

was down at the jacuzzi the last few daes slacking,then i realised todae that i had trouble to get an "A" for sit ups when i took my timing todae,crap.
and napfa is just 2 days away...dunno how am i gonna live up to the name of "strongest sec 1".

spend the whole of yesterday shopping for spray paints colours and started on my first starwars custom paint trooper project,did it with about 6 layers of the back ground colour and 2 layers of the minor details followed by a finishing touch with a bit of lacquer,here's how it looks.(maverick i ensure you that'll love this piece like your beskar'gam.)

ytd was our national schools dragonboat race,20 men boat lost,4th position,

not so bad can understand cos of the new ppl,

c division 10 men first heat 2nd,lost only to acs,

the c division 10 men finals?

ytd's race turn out quite well...except that we lost,i don't really mind getting second but,we lost to yuan ching AGAIN.

then today's training was hell,woke up in the morning with a pretty well cramp-ed leg,did'nt go for the first training session(if i did i probably would would'nt be here typing)
the second one got my legs cramp-ed up all over again,plus my arms aching from 100++ pull ups?

Today was damn slack

slack at gym even,damn sianz,

bars at the fitness area too hot,

then go sports hall do pull ups,

then ppl start dee-siao-ing me,

go gym later to pump-ed irons,

only pump up to 19kg for the extra large one for chest ,

40kg for arm,and the worse,only put 54kg for leg press,

and not even a single nex-pull down,

you can see how slack my day was alr,

I am not meeting up to my own expected standards,

I have to improve more,

today Steven displayed a show of his "power",

training camp was really really intensive,

3 dragonboat sessions,each time 2 hours,

can die sia....wth,finally learn the "proper" way of dragon boating
